I was extremely pleased with Tom whom I had read many good things about in reviews other guest had written. Tom is truly one of a kind. He knows his job and takes pride in being kind, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. I really was appreciative of such excellent customer service and did I say great humor. Trust the reviews when you read them concerning Tom. They are true. Additionally, I believe the front desk representatives name was Christy (I think) but she was totally awesome as well. She was kind, helpful, very knowledgeable and definitely an asset. Please continue to attract these type of quality workers and Quality Inn & Suites will flourish. Thanks guys!!!

Great location to the hospital where my assignment was. This particular trip someone knocked on my door late at night. They never identified themselves after me asking several times. I immediately called the front desk and the lovely lady at the desk immediately came to my door to check. In addition, she called me in my room to let me know, whoever it was, was not there. She assured me she would keep watch, as she could see my room on camera and from the office. An immediate sigh of relief and comfort knowing someone had my back while I slept comfortably. Thanks so much! It meant the world to me, especially as a female solo travel nurse. Definitely will be back!

Very courteous, helpful and personable staff at front desk every day. Much appreciated. Room was comfortable, really what we were expecting -- not fancy, but perfectly fine for our week's visit in Winston-Salem. Bed mattress seemed slightly uneven, more comfortable on one side than the other. Not a big deal. Breakfast also about what we'd expect for a general-purpose chain motel/hotel. Thanks for making sure we had decaf coffee and teas. Cereal, juice very good. The swimming pool was nice too. And -- this was important -- the place is pet-friendly. Our little dog liked it.

The staff was very nice and attentive. Kristy at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The TV in our room was not working so she worked with us so we could stay next to family members that was having surgery and she had the maintenance man to come within 30 minutes to fix it. We told her we was fine without a. TV but she wanted to make sure we had one! We was truly blessed to have her working when we was there! The maintenance man was so nice and very fast at getting everything fixed. I didn’t get his name though.

The breakfast was awesome. My problem is that the person who worked in the breakfast area would not turn the lights on so it was pretty dark. When you're not familiar with things are it's kind of hard to find where things are. My opinion is the person working there should always have the lights on and people shouldn't have to ask him. The guy at the front desk on one day lectured me about how he (or the hotel) would prefer that I go to booking.com so that he could do other things for which he gets paid for. The next day he was extremely polite.
